Situated on a prominent 1.18 acre site on Annacis Island in Delta, this state of the art Cannabis facility is improved with a 25,000 square foot building that is federally licensed for the Cultivation, Processing, and Sale of Medical Cannabis. In addition, the current owner has an application with Health Canada to expand their License to include Analytics Testing within the facilities newly constructed laboratory.

Operated until late 2019, the Vendor made the corporate decision to consolidate their operations within one of their larger facilities in Metro Vancouver, and to divest of their Annacis operation.
