The South Lasqueti property is remarkable undeveloped 256 acre legacy property occupying the entire southern tip of Lasqueti Island and overlooking the Strait of Georgia, Vancouver Island and the Sunshine Coast. With over 10,000 feet of undisturbed ocean frontage the property has everything from idyllic coves, a couple of small islets, mature inland forest and prominent rocky bluffs that offer views that go on forever. The property is predominantly second growth mature forest with mostly coniferous and some deciduous cover, typical of this part of the coast. The shoreline is primarily south facing with several accessible coves separated by a steep and rocky bluffs.

South Lasqueti is generally undeveloped and is off the grid. It currently has a 650 square foot, 2 bedroom cottage strategically situated overlooking beautiful Tahini Cove and set back from the water so as to provide the ultimate privacy. The main cabin has very basic facilities and is primarily suitable for warmer weather living. The beach below the cottage is great for beachcombing, beachfront get-togethers and late evenings around the campfire.

Another small sleeping cabin is situated to the west of the main cottage. It is situated atop a small bluff that offers outstanding views over another cove and the Strait of Georgia.
