Mt. Baldy was owned by a Strata Corporation when we commenced marketing the property. Selling in mid 2004, this boutique hill was acquired by a group of investors from Idaho. Since the acquisition, the hill was further developed with limited lift infrastructure, while the residential development lands were made more accessible with additional lots available. Unfortunately, Mt. Baldy went into foreclosure and sold again in 2016
